In addition to the four Åhus teams, 47 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 3 could be found in Group 2 together with Spånga HK, HK Aranäs Vit, IFK Bankeryd 3, Vinslövs HK 1, Lugi HF 3, IFK Kristianstad 2 and IFK Kristianstad 3.

Åhus Handboll 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 8-9. In the Final, Önnereds HK 2 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007).
