In addition to Täby HBK, 61 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Täby HBK could be found in Group 2 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, IFK Bankeryd, Ystads IF HF Vit, IK Lågan Hörby, Särökometernas HK, Kristianstad HK Svart and Haninge HK 2.

Täby HBK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 Röd with 7-11. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
