In addition to IFK Bankeryd, 61 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd could be found in Group 2 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, Ystads IF HF Vit, IK Lågan Hörby, Särökometernas HK, Täby HBK, Kristianstad HK Svart and Haninge HK 2.

IFK Bankeryd continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Haninge HK 1 with 9-11. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
