In addition to the two Ljunghusens teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens HK Svart could be found in Group 3 together with Växjö HF 2, Kävlinge HK 1, Halmstad Handboll röd, Huddinge HK 3, Mönsterås HK 1, Åhus Handboll 2 and Täby HBK.

Ljunghusens HK Svart continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 8-10. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
