In addition to the two Vinslövs teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK VHK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Alingsås HK 1, KFUM Kalmar HK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Eslövs IK Svart, HK Ankaret RÖD, Kristianstad HK Svart, Hammarby IF HF and IFK Bankeryd BLÅ.

Vinslövs HK VHK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK 2 with 9-10. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
