In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Kristianstad HK 1, HF Karlskrona Svart, Ystads IF HF 3, Halmstad Handboll 2 Svart, Eslövs IK 3 Rosa, Höörs HK H 65 2 Röd, Alingsås HK Vit and Huddinge HK 3.

Kävlinge HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 2 with 11-12. In the Final, Spånga HK won over Lugi HF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009).
