In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Kristianstad HK Orange, Halmstad Handboll gul, Hässleholms HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK 1 Lödde Röd, Huddinge HK 2, Mönsterås HK 2 and IFK Ystad HK.

Kävlinge HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå with 9-11. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
