In addition to Kävlinge HK, 62 other teams played in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK F09 could be found in Group 2 together with HK Aranäs Blå, Stavsten HK F14 VINRÖD, Alingsås HK 2 AHK 2, Tollarps IF 1, Veberöds HK 2, IFK Malmö HF Vit, Halmstad Handboll 2 and IFK Tumba HK 1.

Kävlinge HK F09 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK with 8-11. In the Final, Göteborg Beach Handball Club won over Åhus Handboll 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008).
