In addition to IFK Tumba HK, 61 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK F 08 could be found in Group 6 together with Ljunghusens HK, Skuru IK 3, Höörs HK H 65 Röd, H43 Lund HF Blå, Alingsås HK Vit, Gökstens BK Gul, Ronneby HK 2 and HK Aranäs 2 Röd.

IFK Tumba HK F 08 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK röd with 13-15. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
