In addition to the two Ljunghusens teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens HK could be found in Group 6 together with Skuru IK 3, Höörs HK H 65 Röd, H43 Lund HF Blå, Alingsås HK Vit, Gökstens BK Gul, IFK Tumba HK F 08, Ronneby HK 2 and HK Aranäs 2 Röd.

Ljunghusens HK continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Mölndals HF Röd with 8-11. In the Final, Eslövs IK 1 won over Ronneby HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
