In addition to Borlänge HK, 16 other teams played in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Borlänge HK could be found in Group 2 together with Åhus Handboll 2, Ystads IF HF, Kristianstad HK Orange, Växjö HF 1, Mörrums GOIS HK, Alingsås HK, Gustavsbergs IF HK and IFK Kristianstad 1.

Borlänge HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over IFK Kristianstad 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003).
