In addition to the two IFK Malmö teams, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF Vit could be found in Group 1 together with Mönsterås HK, IFK Kristianstad Svart, Alingsås HK 1, Vinslövs HK 1, Eslövs HF Svart, Staffanstorps HK, IFK Tumba HK and Lugi HF.

IFK Malmö HF Vit continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Ystad HK Röd with 7-9. In the Final, IFK Ystad HK Röd won over Staffanstorps HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010).
