In addition to the two KFUM Kalmar teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof KFUM Kalmar HK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Alingsås HK 1, Vinslövs HK VHK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Eslövs IK Svart, HK Ankaret RÖD, Kristianstad HK Svart, Hammarby IF HF and IFK Bankeryd BLÅ.

KFUM Kalmar HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK VHK 1 with 7-13. In the Final, Vinslövs HK VHK 1 won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
