In addition to Årets pr trick, 17 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Årets pr trick could be found in Group 2 together with Dags för byte?, HF Rimbo, Goal Diggers, Motståndarna, Halmstad Handboll, B-laget, Eslöv and The Underdogs.

Årets pr trick continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Svarta Fåren with 7-10. In the Final, B-laget won over Svarta Fåren and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.

Årets pr trick originates from Åhus, which is the same city as where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Åhus does also provide 47 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022 (Among others: X-Jägarna HK, Lärjungarna, Tollarps IF, Taksäkerhet Syd, Beat the Crew, Füchse Åhus, Hjärna Hjärta P, Vinslövs HK, BATMAN and Moderaterna Kristianstad).
