In addition to the three Ystads teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Åhus Handboll 2, Alingsås HK, Kävlinge HK, Eslövs HF 1, Tyresö Handboll 2, Lödde Vikings HK 2 and HK Aranäs Grön.

Ystads IF HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Sävehof with 11-12. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over IK Sävehof and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007).
