In addition to Kävlinge HK, 50 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 1 together with Åhus Handboll 2, Alingsås HK, Ystads IF HF 2, Eslövs HF 1, Tyresö Handboll 2, Lödde Vikings HK 2 and HK Aranäs Grön.

Kävlinge HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK 2 with 8-9. In the Final, Önnereds HK 2 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007).
