In addition to H43 Lund HF, 19 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF could be found in Group 1 together with HK Hök Hk Hök, Eslövs IK, Chalmers HK 1, Åhus Handboll 1, Bjärnums HK, HK Björnen 2, Hässleholms HF, Kristianstad HK and IFK Kristianstad.

H43 Lund HF made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Stavsten HK, which they won with 13-12. Thereby H43 Lund HF won the entire B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
