In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 05 could be found in Group 2 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Skuru IK 1, Alingsås HK AHK 05, IFK Kristianstad 1, Lunds Beachhandball Club 1 and IFK Tumba HK.

H43 Lund HF 05 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll P04 with 13-14. Thereby H43 Lund HF 05 finished second in P18 (f. 2004) B-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
