In addition to the three H43 Lund teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF Svart could be found in Group 1 together with Uppsala HK 1, Uppsala HK 3, Halmstad Handboll, Ljunghusens HK Svart, Önnereds HK, HK Silwing-Troja 1, Eslövs IK 3 and Skövde HF.

H43 Lund HF Svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 8-9. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Vit won over Alingsås HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
