Dansa Med HK was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to Dansa Med HK, 54 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Dansa Med HK could be found in Group 2 together with HK Micro, KaffeKaga Beach Handball Club, Södra Rörum, Bolton Big Ballers 4, Claessons lärjungar, Potatiskungarna and Goa gubbar.

Dansa Med HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Powerheat Radio with 6-12. In the Final, Avgå Alla won over Powerheat Radio and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.

Dansa Med comes from Halmstad which lies approximately 120 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Halmstad does also provide four additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Återkommarna och Nybörjaren, Joulupukki, Halmstad Handboll and Kärlekens boys).
