HK Micro ÖKH

HK Micro was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to HK Micro, 54 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Micro could be found in Group 2 together with KaffeKaga Beach Handball Club, Södra Rörum, Bolton Big Ballers 4, Claessons lärjungar, Dansa Med HK, Potatiskungarna and Goa gubbar.

HK Micro continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Täby MNT FC with 6-11. In the Final, Avgå Alla won over Powerheat Radio and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.

Micro comes from Malmö which lies approximately 89 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Malmö does also provide 56 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: Sopis, Staffanstorps HK, Guldkustens HK, Mammas pojkar, Powerheat Radio, Eslövs IK, Veberöds HK, Eddes Hussar, IFK Malmö HF and HF Limhamn).
