In addition to the two Spånga teams, 40 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Spånga HK Blå could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK Röd, IFK Kristianstad lag Orange, Huddinge HK 3, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2Guif 2, IK Sund, Lugi HF 2 and IK Bolton Skanstull.

Spånga HK Blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK VIT with 9-14. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Tyresö Handboll Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008).

Spånga HK also participated in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in P14 (f. 2008) C-Slutspel, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 8-15.
