In addition to Spånga HK, 45 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Spånga HK could be found in Group 5 together with IK Lågan Hörby 2, Önnereds HK 1, Vinslövs HK 1, HK Bollebygd Svart, Växjö HF 2, Amo HK, Eskilstuna Guif IF Svart, Ystads IF HF 1 and Hultsfred HF och f.2006.

Spånga HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK 2 with 10-12. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 4 won over Lugi HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007).

Spånga HK also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in P15 (f. 2007) C-Slutspel, but lost it against IK Bolton Svart with 9-10.
