In addition to the two Spånga teams, 57 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Spånga HK Rosa could be found in Group 5 together with Veberöds HK 2, Göteborg Beach Handball Club Gul, Stavsten HK Vinröd, Lugi HF, Tollarps IF 1, Kävlinge HK and Halmstad Handboll Röd.

Spånga HK Rosa continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 2 with 8-9. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK won over IFK Tumba HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008).

Spånga HK also participated in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F14 (f. 2008) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 8-10.
