In addition to the three Lågan Hörby teams, 42 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 3 could be found in Group 1 together with Spånga HK, Täby HBK, Höörs HK H 65 2, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF Guld, Ystads IF HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK Svart and Åhus Handboll 2.

IK Lågan Hörby 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF Gul with 11-14. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 2 won over IFK Ystad HK Ystad - 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010).
