In addition to the two Ystads teams, 43 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Spånga HK, Täby HBK, Höörs HK H 65 2, IK Lågan Hörby 3, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF Guld, Lödde Vikings HK Svart and Åhus Handboll 2.

Ystads IF HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 8-11. In the Final, Eslövs HF Grön won over HK Aranäs 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010).
