In addition to Eslövs IK, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK could be found in Group 5 together with HF Karlskrona 2, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, IK Lågan Hörby, Åhus Handboll 1 vit, Karlshamns HF Gul, IFK Kristianstad Orange, IFK Bankeryd Vit and IFK Malmö HF 2.

Eslövs IK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hässleholms HF 2 with 5-11. In the Final, Växjö HF 1 won over Hässleholms HF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011).
