Sillahue was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.

In addition to Sillahue, 39 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Sillahue could be found in Group 2 together with Hunnarna BK, Gustafs grabbar, Hjärna Hjärta P and HK Stolpskott.

Sillahue continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Mormors pojkar with 9-10. In the Final, Mormors pojkar won over Ifk Tylö and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar.

Sillahue also participated in Motionsklass Herrar during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the Semi final in MKH A-Slutspel, but lost it against AIK with 8-9.

Sillahue comes from Lund which lies approximately 75 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Lund does also provide 66 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: Sopis, Staffanstorps HK, Guldkustens HK, HK Micro, HK Björnen, Byfånarna, Mammas pojkar, Bäst före detta, Powerheat Radio and Södra Rörum).
