IFK Bankeryd was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with 12 teams in Pojkar 14 år Classic (födda 2010), Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006), Öppen klass Herrar Classic, Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012), Flickor 13 år Classic (födda 2011), Flickor 14 år Classic (födda 2010) and Flickor 15 år Classic (födda 2009) respectively. The team in Öppen klass Herrar Classic made it to the the 1/16 Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Halmstad Solgårdens Soldater by 9-13.
In addition to this, IFK Bankeryd have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, IFK Bankeryd had 18 teams playing in 11 out of Åhus Beachhandboll Festivals all 40 categories. Four teams played until 1/4 Final in A-Slutspel; Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006) P07 lost against IFK Kristianstad 1 by 10-11, Pojkar 18 år (födda 2005) lost against Halmstad Handboll 1 by 9-10, Flickor 12 år (födda 2011) Vit lost against Åhus Handboll Röd by 8-9 and Flickor 16 år (födda 2007) lost against Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 by 7-11. IFK Bankeryd comes from BANKERYD which lies approximately 210 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
