HK Psyk ÖKH Classic

HK Psyk was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar Classic.

In addition to HK Psyk, 71 other teams from 4 different countries played in Öppen klass Herrar Classic. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof HK Psyk could be found in Group 4 together with Sluta Sura Dante, JÖKA, Guldkustens HK, Goa gubbar, Lödde Vikings HK LVHK Svart, Bönderna and Snövel beach academy.

HK Psyk continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll with 11-13. In the Final, Dalby won over Roslagens Jullar and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar Classic.

Psyk comes from Jönköping which lies approximately 210 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Jönköping does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Gulgröna hjältar, BAS (Balkan All Stars), Gröngula hjältar, Habo HK, IFK Bankeryd, Claessons lärjungar and IF Hallby HK).
