Tyresö Handboll was one of 250 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with 8 teams in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012), Pojkar 14 år Classic (födda 2010), Pojkar 15 år Classic (födda 2009), Pojkar 15/16 år Beachhandboll (födda 2009/2008) and Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008) respectively. The team in Pojkar 15/16 år Beachhandboll (födda 2009/2008) made it to the the 1/4 Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lunds Beachhandball Club by 13-28.
In addition to this, Tyresö Handboll have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, Tyresö had 5 teams playing in Pojkar 11 år (födda 2012), Pojkar 14 år (födda 2009) and Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008) respectively. The team in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008) made it to the the Final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 3 by 10-11. Tyresö comes from TYRESÖ which lies approximately 440 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around TYRESÖ does also provide 27 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Among others: Haninge HK, Älta IF, IK Bolton, Hammarby IF HF, JÖKA, Täby HBK, Gumman och Co, Bolton Big Ballers, AIK and Skuru IK).
