In addition to the four IFK Kristianstad teams, 53 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 3 could be found in Group 4 together with HK Björnen 2, HF Karlskrona 2, Skuru IK Grön, IF Hallby HK BLÅ, Tomelilla IF 2 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Falköpings AIK HK Röd, Lödde Vikings HK Svart and Vinslövs HK 2.

IFK Kristianstad 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF Blå with 9-11. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over Ystads IF HF Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
