In addition to the three H43 Lund teams, 36 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år Classic (födda 2011). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Ystads IF HF Blå, HF Karlskrona Svart, Spånga HK, HK Ankaret, Eslövs HF Grön, Dalby GIF Svart, IFK Kristianstad 2, Skuru IK Vit and Raklev G&I.

H43 Lund HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF Svart with 8-12. In the Final, Dalby GIF Svart won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år Classic (födda 2011).

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2011) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in P12 (f. 2011) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK with 6-10.
