In addition to the three IFK Kristianstad teams, 56 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Eslövs IK Gul, Växjö HF 3, Huddinge HK Vit, Älta IF Svart, Hässleholms HF 1, HK Ankaret Svart and HF Karlskrona Gul.

IFK Kristianstad 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Svart with 6-10. In the Final, HF Limhamn 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
