Team Grogg ÖKH Classic

Team Grogg was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar Classic.

In addition to Team Grogg, 71 other teams from 4 different countries played in Öppen klass Herrar Classic. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Team Grogg could be found in Group 9 together with K-Power, Raklev G&I, IFK Bankeryd Los Beddos, Himos Pojkar, Bänksittargänget, ArgaSkånskaPågar and Vakant HK.

Team Grogg continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Dalby with 8-13. In the Final, Dalby won over Roslagens Jullar and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar Classic.

Team Grogg comes from Tidaholm which lies approximately 250 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Tidaholm does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Falköpings AIK HK, Team van Stam, Gulgröna hjältar, Skövde HF, Gröngula hjältar, Habo HK, IFK Bankeryd and Skara HF).
