Hultas flickor ÖKD Classic

Hultas flickor was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer Classic.

In addition to Hultas flickor, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer Classic. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hultas flickor could be found in Group 3 together with Temp OH, Hökarna, Skandinaviska unionen, Spånga Sandboll, Kävlinge HK ’s red flags, Kosläpp and Näsby F01.

Hultas flickor continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll with 8-12. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll won over Djurgården and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer Classic.

Hultas flickor comes from Åby which lies approximately 320 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Åby does also provide three additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (NKIK Handboll Norrköping, Norrköpings HK and Snövel beach academy).
