Bänksittargänget continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Roslagens Jullar with 10-11. In the Final, Dalby won over Roslagens Jullar and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar Classic.

Bänksittargänget comes from Lund which lies approximately 75 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Lund does also provide 66 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Among others: LVHK 03, HK Björnen, Mellangården FC, Hot Mess, Dalby, H43 Lund HF, KHF, B-laget, Dalby GIF and HK Svalöv).
