In addition to the two Malmö teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Malmö F16 Svart could be found in Group 3 together with Raklev G&I 2, Lugi HF Vinröd, HK Ankaret, IFK Kristianstad 1, Skånela IF F08, Göteborg Beach Handball Club, Hässleholms HF 2 and IF Hallby HK blå.

HK Malmö F16 Svart continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 H65 Röd with 8-12. In the Final, Göteborg Beach Handball Club won over Lugi HF Vit and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008).
