They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Malmö F16 Vit could be found in Group 6 together with Kävlinge HK, Lugi HF, IF Hallby HK vit, HK Aranäs Svart, Eskilstuna Guif IF, Åhus Handboll 1, Höörs HK H 65 H65 Röd and Spånga HK.

HK Malmö F16 Vit continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lugi HF Vit with 12-14. In the Final, Göteborg Beach Handball Club won over Lugi HF Vit and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008).
