Sons of Hanawood HM

Sons of Hanawood was one of 323 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They participated with one team in Herr Motion.

In addition to Sons of Hanawood, 50 other teams played in Herr Motion. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Sons of Hanawood could be found in Group 7 together with Killemountains , Böglarehults IF , Körsbärsvillan and Mormors Lejon .

Sons of Hanawood continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Andralaget with 0-1. In the Final, The muppeteers won over Andralaget and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Herr Motion.

Sons of Hanawood comes from Hanaskog which lies approximately 30 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Hanaskog does also provide 107 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016 (Among others: Park The Bus FC, Hässleholms IF, Åhus IF, Broby IF, FC Hessleholm, Grusplanskrigarna, Broby Brandkår, Kisslowskii, Pokerfejs and Fc Marre).
