Samba was one of 246 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017. They participated with one team in Herr 17-19 Öppen.

In addition to Samba, 39 other teams played in Herr 17-19 Öppen. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Samba could be found in Group 2 together with Pågarna Holm , Team Videocenter , Salimia salej FC , Børnes Magasin , BK Gifflar i Fönstret , TORSTENS ÄNGLAR , Staffanstorps Rapé , Orust Club dé Football and Näsby IF .

Samba made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against BK Gifflar i Fönstret with 1-3. Thereby Samba finished second in H17-19Ö B-Slutspel during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017.

Samba also participated in Herr 17-19 Öppen during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in H17-19Ö A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kekke with 1-2.

Samba comes from Sölvesborg which lies approximately 23 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Sölvesborg does also provide 70 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017 (Among others: Fc Marre, Pappa's flickor, IFK Knislinge, Fjälkinge IF, Loftahammars IF, Åhus Horna BK, Ottos Glass, Hanaskogs IS, Samba med Svennis and HawaiiBeachBoyz).
