Salimia salej FC continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Stigge with 0-1. In the Final, Stigge won over Pågarna Holm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Herr 17-19 Öppen.

Salimia salej FC comes from hässleholm which lies approximately 42 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around hässleholm does also provide 63 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017 (Among others: Fc Marre, Pappa's flickor, 9GAG, Banjolasse, IFK Knislinge, Tyringe IF, Pokerfejs, Fjälkinge IF, Hanaskogs IS and Børnes Magasin).
