Karlstad IBF was one of 23 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Selected TEAM Cup September 2017. They participated with two teams in Pojkar/Boys 04 and Pojkar/Boys 01 respectively. Two teams played until Final in Slutspel; Pojkar/Boys 04 won over Vallentuna IBK by 2-1 but Pojkar/Boys 01 lost against Skälby IBK by 2-5.
In addition to this, Karlstad IBF have participated in Selected TEAM Cup September before. During Selected TEAM Cup September 2016, Karlstad IBF had two teams playing in Pojkar/Boys 04 and Pojkar/Boys 01 respectively. The team in Pojkar/Boys 04 made it to the the Final in Slutspeland won it over Västerås IBS Ungdom by 7-2. Karlstad IBF originates from Karlstad, which is the same city as where Selected TEAM Cup September takes place.
