In addition to Mölndals IBF, 25 other teams played in Pojkar 02. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Mölndals IBF could be found in Group C together with Warberg IBF 1, Hofterup ibf and Billingsfors IBK.

Mölndals IBF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Skara IBK with 1-4. In the Final, Växjö IBK Vipers 2 won over Varla IBK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 02.

Mölndals IBF comes from Mölndal which lies approximately 63 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place.
