Russia was the only club from Russia that had teams playing during Goalball VM 2018. They participated with one team in Women.
In addition to Russia, 11 other teams from 11 different countries played in Women. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Russia could be found in Women Pool C together with Turkey, Japan, Australia, Israel and Sweden.
Russia made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Women Pool C. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Turkey, which they won with 4-3. Thereby Russia won the entire Playoff A in Women during Goalball VM 2018.
