In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 4 could be found in Group 6 together with IK Bolton Sthlm 2, Halmstad Handboll 4, Sorunda IF Sthlm, Tomelilla IF, Åhus Handboll 3, Ljunghusens HK 2, H43 Lund 1 and KFUM Kalmar HK.

Alingsås HK 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 5 with 4-8. In the Final, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2 won over Åhus Handboll 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C1.
