In addition to the two Ljunghusens teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens HK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with IK Bolton Sthlm 2, Halmstad Handboll 4, Sorunda IF Sthlm, Tomelilla IF, Åhus Handboll 3, Alingsås HK 4, H43 Lund 1 and KFUM Kalmar HK.

Ljunghusens HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 3-10. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm won over Alingsås HK 5 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C1.
