In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 C2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Tollarps IF 2, IFK Kristianstad 3, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1, Växjö HF 2, Karlshamns HF, Uppsala HK 3, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2, Trelleborg HBK and Eslövs HF 2.

H43 Lund 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 11-12. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over H43 Lund 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 C2.
