In addition to the four H43 Lund teams, 62 other teams played in Pojkar 2001 B2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 4 could be found in Group 3 together with Åhus Handboll 3, Ystads IF HF 1, Skogås HK Sthlm 2, Borlänge HK, Ronneby HK 1, Strömstad HK, Kristianstad HK 1, IF Hallby HK and IF Guif Eskilstuna 1.

H43 Lund 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 3 with 10-11. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Uppsala HK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001 B2.
