In addition to the two Eslövs teams, 47 other teams played in Pojkar 1999 A2. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Eslövs HF 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Lugi HF 3, Uppsala HK Uppsala Södra HK, Vadstena HF 1, Borlänge HK 2, Växjö HF 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Alingsås HK 1, Enköpings HF 2 and IK Lågan Hörby 1.

Eslövs HF 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 2 with 7-10. In the Final, Uppsala HK 1 won over Växjö HF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 1999 A2.
